IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - FOR USING NAILERS

INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING TO A RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS
● General
To reduce the risks of electric shock, fi re, and injury to persons, READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE
USING THE TOOL.
1. OPERATORS AND OTHERS IN WORK AREA
MUST WEAR EYE PROTECTION (SAFETY
GLASSES WITH SIDE SHIELDS).
When operating the Nailer, always wear
safety glasses with side shields, and
make sure others in work area wear
safety glasses, too.
Safety glasses must conform to the
requirements of American National
Standards Institute, ANSI Z87.1 and
provide protection against fl ying particles
both from the front and side.
The employer must enforce the use of safety glasses
by the Nailer operator and others in work area.
2. NEVER USE OXYGEN OR OTHER BOTTLED
GASES. EXPLOSION MAY OCCUR.
Never use oxygen, combustible gases
or any other bottled gases as a power
source for the Nailer.
Use of the above gases is dangerous, as
the Nailer will explode.
Use
only
compressed air.

BEFORE EACH FIRING, BE SURE TO POSITION
AND INSERT THE FIRST NAIL POINT THROUGH
THE METAL HOLE AND ORIENT SO THE NAIL IS
PERPENDICULAR TO THE HOLE.
This tool and nails are designed for metal connector
with pre-punched holes.
Drive nails into work surface only; never into materials
too hard to penetrate.
If the nail is not positioned and insert properly, it could
ricochet and hurt yourself or someone.
If you are not sure to position and insert the nail
through the metal hole, never drive nails.
Never drive nails into metal. Only drive into pre-
punched metal holes.

6. NEVER POINT TOOL AT YOURSELF OR OTHERS

Always assume that the Nailer contains
fasteners.
Never point the Nailer toward yourself or
others, whether it contains fasteners or
not.
If fasteners are mistakenly driven, it can
lead to severe injuries.
Never engage in horseplay with the
Nailer.
Respect the Nailer as a working
implement.
