The information in this addendum amends the Installation Instruction
manuals for the models listed below. The purpose of this addendum is to
clarify that these appliances are approved for installation in Canada and to
amend the manuals with additional requirements and information for Canada
installations. All affected installation manuals will be revised to include the
information in this document.
LISTING/TESTING
The following models have been Tested and Listed by OMNI-Test Laboratories,
Inc.; Beaverton, OR to the standards listed below.

clarifier que ces appareils sont homologués pour installation au Canada et
amender les manuels avec des conditions et de l'information additionnelles
pour des installations au Canada. Tous les manuels d'installation concernés
seront révisés pour inclure l'information contenue dans ce document.
HOMOLOGATION/MISE À L'ESSAI
