Troubleshooting

To edit the settings, you need the restriction password from your service provider.
Prevent making calls
1. To prevent making any calls or international calls, select Outgoing calls or
International calls. To prevent making international calls, but allow calls to
your home country, select International calls except to home country.
2. Select Activate. Call restriction affects all calls, including data calls.
Prevent receiving calls
1. To prevent receiving any calls or international calls when you are abroad, select
Incoming calls or Incoming calls if roaming.
2. Select Activate.
When security features that restrict calls are in use (such as call restriction, closed
user group, and fixed dialing), calls may be possible to the official emergency
number programmed into your device. Call restriction and call forwarding cannot
be active at the same time.
