Using the camera by connecting it to a
smartphone/tablet
You can connect to and operate this unit using a smartphone by following
three steps.
STEP 1 Preparing the smartphone:

The "Image App" is an application provided by Panasonic.

iOS: iOS 6.0 or later
Android™: Android 2.3.3 or later

To connect this unit with [Wi-Fi Direct], Android OS 4.0 or above is required and the
device must be compatible with Wi-Fi Direct™.
Connect the smartphone to a network
<Using an iOS device (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad)>
Select "App Store
<Using an Android device>
Select "Google Play
Enter "Panasonic Image App" or "LUMIX" to search for the
app
Select "Panasonic Image App"
• Use the latest version.
• Supported OS versions as of January 2015. Supported OS versions may be changed
without prior notice.
• Some of the screens and information provided in this document may be different depending
on the supported operating system and "Image App" version.
• The service may not be able to be used properly depending on the type of smartphone
being used.
