Is the audio output from the monitor set at "VARIABLE" or
"FIXED" on the menu screen?
Are the audio signal outputs at pins (40) (L) and (41) (R) of
IC1404?
Are the audio signal inputs at pins (3) (L) and (5) (R) of
IC1408 (BUFF_AMP)?
Are the audio signal outputs at pins (1) (L) and (7) (R) of
IC1408?
Are the audio signal outputs at pins (16) (L) and (14) (R) of
connector (SC1102) on the MAIN unit?
Are the audio signal inputs at pins (16) (L) and (14) (R) of
connector (SC502) on the TERMINAL unit?
Check the signal up to the monitor audio output terminal
(J501).
Is the subwoofer output set at "ON" on the MENU screen?
Is the subwoofer output at pin (11) of IC1406?
Check the signal up to the subwoofer output terminal (J506).

NO Check the bus line (SCL0_5/SDA0_5) and IC1404. Replace
as required.
NO Check IC1404 and its peripheral circuits. Replace as
required.
NO Check the line between IC1404 and IC1408, and their
peripheral circuits.
NO Check IC1408 and its peripheral circuits. Replace as
required.
NO Check the line between IC1408 and SC1102, and their
peripheral circuits.
NO Check the SC1102 and SC502 connectors.
NO Check the MUTE.R line (Q507 thru Q509, etc.).
No subwoofer output
NO Subwoofer output is set at "ON" on the MENU screen.
NO Check IC1406 and its peripheral circuits. Replace as
required.
NO Check the SW_MUTE line. (Q2702 through Q2703 etc.)
