order them, and touch Done.

Taking a Detour

While navigating a route, you can
use detours to avoid obstacles ahead
of you, such as construction zones.
If Advanced Detours is enabled, you
can select a specific distance or road
to avoid
(page
65).
1. While navigating a route, touch
to return to the main menu.
2. Touch Detour.
3. If necessary, select an option:
• To avoid the next 1/2 mile,
select Next 1/2 Mile on
Route.

• To avoid the next 2 miles,
select Next 2 Miles on
Route.
• To avoid the next 5 miles,
select Next 5 Miles on
Route.
• To select a specific road
to avoid, select Detour by
Road(s) on Route.
If the route you are currently taking
is the only reasonable option, the
device might not calculate a detour.

Stopping the Route

While navigating a route, touch
> Stop.
