1. No sound or motion when the ignition switch
is turned to the "Start" position.
PTO control in the "On" position.
Direction control pedal in the forward or reverse
position.
Blown fuse.
Discharged battery.
Starting solenoid damaged.

2. When the ignition switch is turned to "Start",
the solenoid "clicks" and the engine starter
motor does not operate.

Battery cable connector(s) corroded.

the starter operates but the engine does not
start.
Relay or relay connection(s)
Fuel tank empty.
Fuel valve turned off
