Check the video driver
1. Turn Mode Dial to PC Mode ( ).
2. Press Menu.
3. Select 'Silent Video' Mode.
4. Search through Start>Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager
>Imaging devices>DC3200 Video Camera
Download photos by using Photo Studio
