Power saving function mode.
+CFUN=0 is not operational. The board wakes it.
Mobile full functions with power saving disabled. Default: 1.
Disable both TX and RX.
Mobile full functions with power saving enabled.
CYCLIC SLEEP mode. In this mode, the serial interface is periodically
enabled while CTS is active. If characters are recognized on the serial
interface, the ME stays active for 2 seconds after the last character was
sent or received. ME exits SLEEP mode only, if AT+CFUN=1 is entered.
Reset flag.
Do not reset the ME before setting it to <fun> function level.
Reset the device. The device is fully functional after the reset. This value is
available only for <fun> = 1
