4-10 Instruments and Controls

POWER OUTLETS

OFF
The accessory power outlets can be
used to plug in electrical equipment,
such as a cell phone or an MP3 player.
A 12V power outlet is located on the
front side of the center console, below
the backward of center console and on
the left side of luggage compartment.
Do not exceed the maximum power
consumption of 120 watts.
With ignition OFF the power outlet is
deactivated.
Additionally the power outlet is
deactivated in case of low battery
voltage.
Remove the cover to access and refix
when not in use.
Caution
Do not connect any current deliver-
ing accessories, e.g. electrical
charging devices or batteries.
Do not damage the sockets by using
unsuitable plugs.
Warning
Power is always supplied to the
outlets. Do not leave electrical
equipment plugged in when the
vehicle is not in use because the
vehicle could catch fire and cause
injury or death.
