To set the date format

1. Press , the display shows PHONEBOOK.
2. Scroll to CLOCK&ALARM and press
3. Scroll to SET
FORMAT and press
4. Scroll to DATE
FORMAT and press
5. Scroll or to DD/MM or MM/DD and press
6. Press to return to standby.

Set the alarm

Each handset can have a different alarm setting.
1. Press , the display shows PHONEBOOK.
2. Scroll to CLOCK&ALARM and press
3. Scroll to ALARM and press
4. Press or to select ON ONCE, ON
press to confirm .
5. If you select ON ONCE or ON
hour format (e.g. 07--30 for 7:30am) and press
to confirm.
When the handset is in 12 hour format press
to select AM or PM.
6. Press to return to standby.

To set the alarm tone

You can adjust the alarm ringer melody. There are 3
melodies to choose from.
1. Press , the display shows PHONEBOOK.
2. Scroll to CLOCK&ALARM and press
3. Scroll to ALARM
TONE and press
4. Scroll or to select the melody and press
to confirm.
5. Press to return to standby.

Switch off alarm ring

When the alarm sounds, press any button to switch it off.
NOTE
If you are using the handset to make a call when the
alarm ring is due, you will hear a beep in the earpiece.
