Hold and Transfer

To hold / retrieve a call : (Exclusive Hold)
1 (While talking) Press Recall Key
to hold a call.
To transfer a call :
1 (While talking) Press Recall Key
to hold the call.

<Screened Transfer>
Make announcement if the
dialled extension answers.
<Unscreened Transfer>
Go to Step
4
If the destination extension is busy
1 Press Off/On-Hook Key.
2 Press Recall Key again to retrieve
a call.
2 Dial the extension number you
want to transfer the call to.
4 Press Off/On-Hook Key to
complete the transfer.

2 The Hold Recall shall appear
immediately. Press Off/On-Hook
Key to retrieve a original call.
