CHAPTER 1: SERVICE PROCEDURES General Before performing any maintenance on your Dean Super Runner Electric fryer, you must disconnect the electrical power supply. When electrical wires are disconnected, it is recommended that they be marked in such a way as to facilitate re-assembly. -

Pull the wires through the conduit. 3. Remove element using an open-end wrench or other suitable tool to loosen the compression fitting. -
