One-Year Limited Warranty
Samson Technologies Corp. warrants products purchased in the United States against
defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase
with proof of original ownership and a copy of your receipt. Warranly is not transferable.
Through an applicable authorized distributor, Samson will repair or replace defects cov-
ered by this limited warranty with parts or products of original or improved design, at its op-
tion, for products purchased in the USA only. For information about coverage on products
not purchased in the USA, contact the Samson distributor in the country of purchase.
Limited
warranty is valid if product 1s repaired or
serviced by Samson Technologies or a
Samson authorized service facility ONLY Product or unit must be purchased from an au-
thorized dealer for a valid warranty. This warranty contemplates the owner w ill reasonably
maintain this product without alteration, negligent use, misuse, or abuse. Normal wear and
tear such as any damage caused tram the elements, corrosion, abuse, d ropping, denting,
scratches, discoloration or improper maintenance of this product w ill not be covered by
this or any implied warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, SAMSON SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION , WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No Samson dealer,
agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or
addition to this warranty.
SAMSON IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTH-
ER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME,
GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY NOT
MANUFACTURED BY SAMSON. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages or exclusions of implied warranties, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
