1 Nut 2 Cross recessed adjusting screw 3 Thrust washer 4 Plane needle bearing 5 Locknut 6 Bearing seat
7 Lock washer 8 Bolt combination assembly 9 Pressure plate 10 Clutch spring 11 Friction disc assembly
12 Driven friction plate 13 Center bracket 14 Sleeve 15 Thrust washer 16 Housing assembly
Attention: You don't have to remove the
engine from frame while overhauling clutch.
Viscosity and level of engine oil will affect
operation of clutch. Please check first engine oil
and oil level before inspect clutch.
If one of the clutch springs, discs or plates
does not work, you shall replace them in pairs.
