Removing and replacing a FRU

1110 CPU

For access, remove these FRUs in order:
v "1010 Battery pack" on page 43
v "1050 Cover, strip (E cover)" on page 47
v "1060 Function board" on page 48
v "1080 MiniPCI adapter" on page 51
v "1090 Fan" on page 52
v "1100 Thermal module" on page 53
Attention: CPU is extremely sensitive. When you service the CPU, avoid any
kind of rough handling.
Rotate the head of the screw in the direction shown by arrow 1 to release the
lock; then remove the CPU.
When installing: Place the CPU on the CPU socket a , and then rotate the head
