Outgoing Calls
Calls originating from your telephone.
Viewing the Unanswered Call Log
The LED will light red on the CALL LOG button when there is an unanswered call. In
order to look at both Incoming Answered and Unanswered Call Log, follow the steps
below:
1. Press the CALL LOG key.
2. LCD displays Incoming Call (INC). If there is Unanswered Calls (UNA), there will
be the notification display on the LCD screen as UNA.
Viewing the Outgoing Call Log
1. Press the CALL LOG key.
2. Press the CALL LOG key again.
3. LCD displays Outgoing Call Log (OUT).
Deleting the Unanswered / Incoming Call Log
1. Press CALL LOG key.
2. LCD displays Incoming Call Log. Select the Number desired to be erased. Then,
press #.
3. Press CLEAR key.
4. LCD will go back to the default screen.
Deleting the Outgoing Call Log
1. Press CALL LOG key.
2. Press CALL LOG key again.
3. LCD displays Outgoing Call log. Select the Number to be erased. Then, press #.
4. Press CLEAR key.
5. LCD will go back to the default screen.
Dialing while Viewing Call Log
1. Select the desired Call Log on the LCD display by pressing
key.
2. Lift the handset or press SPKR to place the call.
Warning:
The outside line access code (usually 9) will NOT be recorded.
Saving phone number to Address Book while viewing Call Log
1. Press CALL LOG key to save a number from Incoming and Unanswered Call Log.
To save a number from Outgoing Call log, press CALL LOG key again.
2. Press ADR BOOK. The phone automatically puts the number into either the
blank or the last entry of the address book.
3. Press ENTER to save phone number.
4. Press ENTER to save name or press CLEAR to re-enter the name by using numeric
keypads.
5. Press ENTER again to go back to CALL LOG screen.
Note:
The number will not be saved when Address Book is full.
