Page 6: Basic Installation And Operation
Once the power cord is secured plug the cord into an AC outlet. When the CD-1 is connected to the AC outlet you will hear a soft clicking sound. The display on the front panel may illuminate during initial power up; if not, depress the power button and the display will come on. -

CD- 1 to your processor. If coaxial cable is to be used it should be 75o1~m, non-capacitive, with a band- width in excess of 10MHz to prevent dropout errors. CAUTION: The CD-1 digital output is not designed to connect directly to any preamp or analog signal proces- sor. -

Press Play and treat single track will repeat atter it has finished. 2. Track Programming: The remote control for the CD-1 can be used to program specific tracks to be played in the 6rder you choose. The CD-1 can store up to 20 selections per program. - Page 9 c. Once you have finished your programming, push the PROGR button again. The mactiine will review the tracks you have selected. d. Press the PLAY button and the program will begin. Press STOP to defeat the Program function. e. Press the REPEAT button and the machine will pla.y your selected tracks continuously in the same order they were programmed.
