4-8 SAP VCO Adjustment
Adjustment Preparation
(1) Connect a frequency counter to IS01 pin @.
(2) Select adjustment Code "A02."
(3) Connect same circuit as in item 4-5.
Adiustment Procedure
(1) Adjust the data "A02" by 'I 4 ) " keys so that the
frequency is 78.67+0.5KHz.
4-9 Cut-Off Adjustment (Picture Adjustment)
Adiustment Preparation
(1)
Connect an oscilloscope at R, G, B output.
(2)
Receive circle pattern signal.
Adiustment Procedure
(1) Select adjustment code "PO6" and press
"ENTER" button.
(2) Use the cursor key " 4, b " to adjust the red cut-
off until the amplitude of the red output waveform
is 2.7V+O.lV as shown below.
Adjustment for G and B are the same procedure
as R cut-off adjustment. The only difference is the
data for G cut-off is "PO7" and B cut-off is "POW

Adiustment Preparation
(I) Apply heat-run 5 minutes or more after the power
is turned on.
(2) Receive circle pattern signal.
(3) Set CONTRAST to maximum and others to center.
(4) Select adjustment code "PO3."
Adiustment Procedure
(1) Adjust horizontal center so that difference of right
and left size marker is within 0.5 by adjustment
code "PO3," using " 4, + " keys (except for the
model 36CX35B/CZ73).
(la) For model 36CX35B/CZ73, adjust horizontal
center so that difference of right and left size
marker is l-0.5 by adjustment code "PO3"
using " 4 , b " keys.

4-1 O-2 Vertical Size Adjustment
Adiustment Preoaration
(1) Apply heat-run 5 minutes or more after the power
is turned on.
(2) Receive circle pattern signal, and set CON-
TRAST to maximum and others to center.
(3) The set should face the north or south direction.
Adiustment Procedure
(1) Adjust verticat center and size so that the outer
circle of the circle pattern is like the figure below
by using "4,) ,A,v" keys.

Adiustment Preparation
(1) Receive crosshatch signal and set CONTRAST to
maximum and BRIGHTNESS to the point where
the background is set.
Adjustment Procedure
(I) Adjust R777 so that the line of the right and left is
straight.

spec. DL, DR I 7mm (for 36V)
4-l O-4 Horizontal size adjustment (R755)
Adiustment Preoaration
(1) Receive Circte Pattern signal.
(2) Set CONTRAST to maximum and BRIGHTNESS
to center.
Adjustment Procedure
(1) For 32V model, vary R755 so that the horizontal
size markers at the right and left ends are within
1.5. ( Except model 36UX52B/CZ77).
(la) For 36V model, vary R755 so that the horizontal
size marker is 2.0 at the left and right.
