It is our wish that you will be satisfied with your product and
that it will be your companion for a long time. A purchase of
one of our products gives you access to professional help with
repairs and services. If the retailer who sells your machine is
not one of our authorised dealers, ask him for the address of
your nearest service workshop.
This operator's manual is a valuable document. Make sure it
is always at hand at the work place. By following its´ content
(using, service, maintenance etc) the life span and the
second-hand value of the machine can be extended. If you
will sell this machine, make sure that the buyer will get the
operator´s manual.
More than 300 y ears of innovation

understood the Operator's Manual. They must be aware of:

• The machine's range of applications and limitations.
• How the machine is to be used and maintained.
National legislation could regulate the use of this machine.
Find out what legislation is applicable in the place where you
work before you start using the machine.

A utomatic detection of drill motor
The function can sense which of Husqv arna's drill motors that
has been connected and will optimize the work depending on
the drill motor used, without overloading it.
Easy and quic k automatic feeding
F eeding direction, speed and power of the motor can easily
be controlled with only one knob.
Max. feeding speed both down and up is 3.2 m/min (gyro
stand).
GORE-TEX® v alve
The GORE-TEX® v alve protects the electronic components
against condensation and moisture.
Easy assemb ling
Easy to assemb le on the gearbox of the stand by using the
spacer and the quick mounting. The feed unit can be
assembled on both sides of the stand.

Applications

The machine is tested and appro ved only with the equipment
originally provided or recommended by the manufacturer.
The unit may be used only with Husqvarna DS 50, DS 70, DS
450, DM 220, DM 230, DM 280 och DM 340.
