Bun Thickness Dials to achieve desired brownness and temperature. Bun Thickness Adjustment The VSX is designed to accommodate a variety of different products. In the event that the main controller or power relay fails to regulate the heat on the platen, the manual reset thermostat will break the electrical connection to the platen.
