releases/bug f ixes). T o c ontinue t o r eceive s upport, p urchasing a m aintenance c ontract i s t he m ost
economical s olution.

Polycom w ill n ot b e l iable u nder t his l imited w arranty i f i ts t esting a nd e xamination d isclose t hat t he
alleged d efect o r m alfunction i n t he p roduct d oes n ot e xist o r r esults f rom:
• Failure t o f ollow P olycom's i nstallation, o peration, o r m aintenance i nstructions.
• Unauthorized p roduct m odification o r a lteration.
• Unauthorized u se o f c ommon c arrier c ommunication s ervices a ccessed t hrough t he p roduct.
• Abuse, m isuse, n egligent a cts o r o missions o f C ustomer a nd p ersons u nder C ustomer's c ontrol; o r
• Acts o f t hird p arties, a cts o f G od, a ccident, f ire, l ightening, p ower s urges o r o utages, o r o ther h azards.
