DSR-5016 series Quick Operation Guide

• Alarm recording

Select one of the modes in the
following table.
Setting
Description
Alarm recording is disabled.
OFF
Alarm recording is enabled regardless of
ENABLED
whether or not timer recording is enabled.
AL-REC ON
Alarm recording is enabled only during
TIMER
timer recording.
Alarm recording is enabled only when
AL-REC OFF
timer recording is disabled.
TIMER
Alarm recording is enabled only during the
OLY AL-RC
time set in the timer setting. Normal
ON TMR
recording is not enabled.
* "OLY AL-RC ON TMR" can be enabled simply by making
a timer setting. Accordingly, there is no need to press the
[TIMER] button.
Set the values for
"PICTURE QUALITY",
"AUDIO
RECORDING", etc.
P r e s s t h e [ E X I T / O S D ] b u t t o n . T h e s e t t i n g i s c o m p l e t e d a n d t h e d i s p l a y r e t u r n s t o t h e n o r m a l s c r e e n .
Within the OSD screen, use the jog dial to display sub-menus and move the cursor. Turn the shuttle ring
clockwise to select an entry. Turning it counterclockwise will bring up the previous screen.
Press the
[MENU]
button.
Select
"2. RECORD
SET".
Select
"7. ALARM REC MODE SET"
• Pre-alarm recording
Select
"PRE-ALARM
RECORDING".
Select ON or OFF.
Setting
Description
Pre-alarm recording is disabled.
OFF
ON
Pre-alarm recording is enabled.
When it is set to ON, proceed
to set "DURATION".
