Chatting with contacts

You can chat with your Google+ contacts through instant messaging and
video calls .
> Hangouts in the Google+ app or tap
1 . Tap
home screen .
2 . Tap at the top right to create a new Hangout .
3 . Type the person's name, email address, phone number, or choose a
circle . You can also select one of your contacts from the list below the
search box .
4 . At the bottom of the screen, tap either Message or Video call . For chatting
with messages, enter the text and tap

Checking photos

You can see your own photo albums and those shared by other users .
Tap > Photos to see all available albums .

Checking and managing your profile

1 . Tap .
2 . Tap your account name .
3 . Tap About to see your profile and edit it .

Activating location services

To use Google Maps and find your location on Google Maps, you must
enable location services on your phone .
1 . From the home screen, tap
2 . Select the location options you want to use .
• Check Google's location service to use Wi-Fi and mobile networks to
determine your approximate location .
• Check GPS satellites to use GPS satellites to determine your location .
• Check Use assisted GPS to improve GPS performance after GPS
satellites is checked .
• Check Location & Google search to let Google access your location
data for some services and improved search results .
Note: To let Google apps such as Maps and Google+ access your location,
Location & Google search should be checked .

1 . From the home screen, tap
2 . Tap Accept & continue .
3 . Tap at the bottom .
