Possible cause
The taxi roof sign may not be connected.
One or more lamps are defective.
Short-circuit in at least one power supply
outlet for:
Two-way radio connection in the
upper or lower section of the centre
console*
Taximeter connection in the overhead
control panel or in the lower section
of the centre console*
Separate 12 volt power supply con-
nection for taximeter peripherals
The taxi-specific electrics have failed.
Possible solution
Plug in the connector (
Change the lamps.
Have the electrical system checked
at a qualified specialist workshop,
e.g. at a Mercedes-Benz Service Cen-
tre.
