4 Installation Procedure
4.3 Fitting the Boiler
d)
Open the lower hinged controls cover. Disconnect the fixing clips at the
side of the control pod and hinge the pod forwards.

Tighten the CH compression couplings.
f)
Connect the DHW inlet and outlet couplings by inserting a sealing washer
(supplied) and lifting the nut to engage with the thread, tighten both nuts
to make a watertight seal.
g)
Pass the gas cock assembly through the central hole in the piping frame
ensuring that it is the correct way round. Insert a sealing washer and
partially tighten the coupling.

4.4 Making the Water Connections

a)
Refer to Figure 4/E. Connect the central heating system to the boiler flow
and return connections as shown.
b)
Connect the mains cold water supply to the cold water connection (combi).
c)
Connect the domestic hot water outlet pipework to the DHW outlet
connection if required (system).
