Remove the microSD Card

Before you remove the microSD card, you must first unmount the SD card.
1. Press >
2. Scroll down the screen, and then touch Storage > Unmount SD card.
3. Insert your fingertip into the slot at the top of the battery compartment cover and lift the
cover up gently to remove the battery cover.
4. Carefully remove the microSD card.
Note: You can easily damage the microSD card by improper operation. Please be careful
when inserting, removing, or handling the microSD card.
Note: Make sure your battery is fully charged before using the microSD card. Your data may
become damaged or unusable if the battery runs out while using the microSD card.

Insert a microSD Card

Insert a microSD card by first removing the battery compartment cover to locate the card slot.
1. Insert your fingertip into the slot at the top of the battery compartment cover and lift the
cover up gently to remove the battery cover.
2. Push the microSD card in the card slot, the side with labels facing upwards and the
golden contact area facing downwards, until the card clicks into place.
Note: Be sure to use only recommended microSD cards (up to 32GB). Using non-
recommended microSD cards could cause data loss and damage your device.

microSD Icon Indicators

You will see the following microSD icon indicators on your phone's notifications panel when a
microSD card is properly inserted into the microSD card slot:
● — microSD card has been unmounted from the device and is safe to remove.
● — microSD card is being prepared for use and for mounting.
Note: DO NOT remove a microSD card while files are being accessed or transferred. Doing so
will result in loss or damage of data. Make sure your battery is fully charged before using
the microSD card. Your data may become damaged or unusable if the battery runs out
while using the microSD card.
