output pin (13) of tuner (TU1101)?

Check the tuner, IC8601 (DE-
MODULATOR) and their periph-
eral circuits (TUN_SDA/SCL,
Q8601).
Is there the video signal output at pin (5) of
IC1103 (LEVEL_ADJ)?
Does the level adjustment con-
trol signal come from pin (6) of
IC1103 to pin (1) of IC1104?
Check IC1104 and its peripheral
circuits. Replace as required.

Is there the CVBS3 signal input at pin (N3) of
IC3301 (VPC)?
Check the line between IC1103
and IC3301 (Q2204, Q2208,
etc.).
