    Care of your phone General care If your Aster phone or any of the accessories are not working as they should, contact your Vertu dealer. Always use your Aster in the documented manner. Incorrect usage may affect performance. Do not attempt to open or disassemble your Aster phone. The only part you ever need to open is the SIM door.
