Utilities
While editing the documents, tap
• S witch to View Mode: Preview the document.
• S lide note: Edit memos on slides.
• F ind/Replace: Search for or replace text.
• P age layout: Change the layout of pages.
• S creen Conversion: Apply animation or transition effects to slides.
• V iew Settings: Change the view mode settings.
• R ead All: Read the document via the text-to-speech feature.
• F ilter: View cells filtered by specific criteria.
• S ort: Sort cells by specific criteria.
• P rotect worksheet: Lock the sheet so that others cannot edit it.
• F reeze frame: Keep the selected row in place.
• R ecalculation: Recalculate the functions on the sheet.
• S creen capture: Capture the selected area.
• V iew Information: View the document details.
• H elp: Access help information for using the POLARIS Office.

Reading documents

Tap a file on the recent documents screen. Or tap File Browser, Form type, Favorites, or View
Together, and then select a file to open.
To draw on the document, tap
To search for a text string in the document, tap
Tap , and then use one of the following functions:
• S witch to Edit Mode: Open the editing toolbar.
• B ookmark: Open the Bookmark panel. Select a label to go to bookmarks point.
• V iew Settings: Change the view mode settings.
• S ingle slide view: View slides one by one.
• S lide note: Edit memos on slides.
• F reeze frame: Keep the selected row in place.
• S creen capture: Capture the selected area.
• V iew Information: View the document details.
• H elp: Access help information for using the POLARIS Office.
