What if ...

Possible fault
The inner cover of the heat
exchanger unit has not been
locked properly and/or the
heat exchanger unit has not
been positioned correctly.
Lint has collected at the
bottom of the condenser unit
housing.
Synthetics are prone to
static cling.
Lint is the result of friction
caused by items being worn
and washed. This lint is
loosened during drying. It
has been established by
research institutes, that
dryers have no detrimental
effects on the lifetime of
fabrics.

Solution
– Ensure that the heat
exchanger unit is
positioned correctly and
lock the cover.
– Check the rubber seals.
– Use a cloth to remove any
lint from the inside of the
condenser unit housing.
Use liquid fabric softener in
the last rinse of the wash to
minimize the static cling
during drying.
The lint is collected in the
lint filters and can be easily
cleaned (see "Cleaning and
Care").
