Provide a gas supply line of
. 3/4" rigid pipe to the range
location. A smaller size pipe on long
runs may resutt in insufficient gas
supply. Pipe-jolnt compounds,
resistant to the action of L.P. gas.
must be used. With L.P. gas, piping or
tubina she con be l/2' minimum.
L.P. gas suppliers determine the size
and materials used on the system.

Remove racks and other

backwards until front legs are free.

instructions. The wiring diagram is

appliance is equipped with a
J-prong grounding plug. To minimize
possible shock hazard, the cord must
be plugged into a mating J-prong.

cabinet opening. Remove
cardboard shipping piece from
under range. Move range into
cabinet opening and center.
If changrng and properly grounding
the wall receptacle is impossible
and where local codes permit
(consult your electrrcal inspector). a
temporary adapter may be plugged
into the existing 2-prong wall
receptacle to mote with the J-prong
power supplv_cord. See Figure 2.

It is recommended that this
. gas range be secured to the
wall or floor. If installing this range in
a mobile home, you MUST secure the
range to the floor. Any method of
securing the range Is adequate as
long as it conforms to the standards
listed in Mobile home installation
instructions, Panel A.
