Symptom

Troubleshooting

Cause
• The power cable has been unplugged.
• The power cable is not plugged in
securely.
The product is damaged.
The product firmware is damaged.
(The power button is flashing orange
during a firmware update.)
The Bluetooth function is disabled.

The speaker volume is set to the
minimum.
When only the external speakers are
enabled, they are not connected.
Microphone muting is enabled on the
