The "Version Information" configuration page provides information about the hardware and software components
of the IP gateway and is required for service purposes or error diagnostics.
Note
Before updating the firmware, always check if the update bears a date more recent that the
software already installed.
The firmware creation date is in the file name and version information in the format YYYYMMMDD.
