Customer Repair
Customers have the option of repairing their own HP computer products. Contact your nearest
HP Sales and Service Office for information concerning service training, special tools and test
equipment, and spare parts.
Hewlett-Packard offers a Customer Cooperative Support Prograrn to assist custorners in main-
taining their HP cornputer products. A variety of technical services and information are avail-
able. Your local HP Sales and Service can provide you with information about the Cooperative
Support Program.
