In Case of Trouble

The receiver does not have a reset button.
If your receiver doesn't seem to respond properly, do the following:
1. Connect the receiver to a Magellan power supply and see that the indicator light on the
power button is 'on'.
2. Press and hold the power button for several seconds until it turns off.
3. Press and hold the power button until you see the Magellan logo appear on the screen.
4. This clears any user inputs, but does not clear an active route.
To completely clear the receiver:
1. Map page > Menu > Settings icon
2. Tap "Restore Default Settings"
3. To "Restore All Defaults", tap Yes.
4. The receiver should restart with the factory defaults loaded.
