6) LED blinks seven times, then repeats (IPM Fault)
Purpose: Prevent high current due to IPM Short
Cause: Damaged IPM (Dead Short)
Test for a dead short at Point A with a VOM.
Logic: Compressor is forced off and tries to restart in 2.5 minutes.
