If you are using the Windows
You do not need to install the sound driver since Windows
the ESS audio driver, can detect and accommodate the ESS sound chip installed on this
mainboard.
Introduction
This section describes how to install the ESS ™ audio driver for Microsoft Windows
environment. For other application programs, and if you are using an operating system other
than Win95, please refer to the ESS ™ Audio Driver Installation section in SY-6IEM
Mainboard User's Guide and Technical Reference online manual included on the CD-ROM.
