The battery does not charge.

Make sure the battery pack is installed in your tablet device properly.
Make sure you have securely connected the tablet device with the AC adapter, the AC adapter with the AC
power cord (mains lead), and the AC power cord (mains lead) with an AC outlet (wall socket).
For safety reasons, the charging function of your tablet device does not work when the tablet device is
overheated.
Try to charge the battery again in a cool location after the tablet device cools down.
Your tablet device does not support charging the battery via USB connection to a computer or a charger.
