DISPLACEMENT/FLUSH process at the end of
a PRODUCTION (TANK FULL active).

funtion: Minimum duration of a DISPOSAL process at the
beginning of a PRODUCTION. This is the
minimum time after which the unit passes to
PRODUCTION if the value drops below LIM.
