Watchdog Timer Expiration

When the internal watchdog timer expires, causing the XSR to fail, fault information is captured in
a report and a warm boot is initiated. But if more than three warm boots are detected within one
minute, a cold boot will be initiated.

When system exceptions occur causing the XSR to fail, fault information is captured in a report

• The software image in Flash is valid.

Bootrom monitor mode offers special user access when the XSR-1850 lacks valid software or runs
