EC Compliance Control

Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd declares that this device complies with basic requirements and other appropriate

provisions of Directive 1999/5/EC.

Attention! Keep within the local rules and decrees at the places wherein the device is used. This device

can have restrictions as to use in some or all EC member-countries.

Attention! This device can be used in all EC member-countries.

France. Only 10mW e.i.r.p. within the band of 2454-2485.5MHz may be used out of doors.

Italy. For private use the general authorization is required, if the WAS/RLAN's are used outside the

private territory. For public use the general authorization is required.

Luxemburg. Networks and service providers need the general license.

Norway. This unit is not allowed to be used in the geographical area within a radius of 20km from the

center of Nu-Ålesund.
