Using Your 9570 Portable Dock
2. If the 9570 Portable Dock still does not
operate properly, remove all power from the
system:
a. Turn off the power by pressing the
phone's
b. Undock the phone. (See "Undocking the
Phone" on page 36.)
c. Remove the battery from the phone.
d. Remove the batteries from the
9570 Portable Dock.
e. If the 9570 Portable Dock is connected to
an external power source, disconnect the
cable (AC Wall Charger or Vehicle
Charger).
3. After 15 seconds, reconnect all power:
a. Reconnect the external power source.
b. Replace batteries.
4. If the problem is not corrected, contact your
service provider.
