If you're a Pay Monthly customer you can:

Check your usage: for a quick snapshot of your
bill and to see how many minutes and messages
you have left per month.
■
Manage your account: see what you've spent
each month, check how to pay your bill, see what
price plan you're on and view recent bills.

Manage your details: you can update your
personal details including your address.
■
Manage your alerts: set up alerts to keep you
up to date on the stuff you love.
Plus you can also learn more about 3's services through a selection of videos and tasters.

If you're a Pay As You Go customer you can:
■
Check your balance: for a quick snapshot of
how much cash, minutes and messages you
have left.
■
Top-up your account: to buy a Top-up at
anytime you like. You'll need to register your
debit or credit card details.
■
Buy an Add-on: convert your Top-ups to
Add-ons by going to My3.
■
Manage your account: register your debit or
credit card details. After seven days you'll be able
to buy a Top-up at any time you like.
