Genesys s Genesys s Control panel All the Genesys s functions are controlled from the control panel. A to H function buttons, to select or recall data inside the various display menus. Page 11: Edit Parts Menu: Portamento
EDIT PARTS MENU: PORTAMENTO This menu allows to play a selected part of a PRESET using the PORTAMENTO. The portamento is a tipical execution mode common beetwen the acoustic instrument (i.e. violin, human voice, trombone) and it consist of a frequency shift sliding, playing different notes. - Page 12 This function allows to obtain impressive results in wind and brass solo simulation. Try to select any of internal Genesys s sound of these families and enable the function. To memorize any of the functions described in these page it is enough to press the button STORE, select a destination location (MEMORIES, PRESETS, STYLE PRESETS) for the current edited preset, then press ENTER.
- Page 13 MULTIPEDAL MODE The multipedal is a new pedal unit specially designed for genesys s. This unit has six switch pedals, and the genesys s can connect up to three pedal units, from the rear panel pedal input jacks, up to eighteen programmable switch pedals at maximum.
