E-mail

Send Internet e-mail
1. At the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Select Messaging.
3. Select Create message.
4. Select Email.
5. Select Add.
6. Select Contacts.
NOTE: You can also select Groups to
send the message to a group of contacts.
7. Scroll to the desired contact and
select Mark.
8. Select Done.
9. Enter your subject and message.
10. Select Send.
Read Internet e-mail
Your phone notifies you when you have a new e-mail message. To read,
select View. To read using the Menu:
1. At the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Select Messaging.
3. Select Email.
4. Select the message you want to read.

Send Exchange e-mail
1. At the Home screen, select Menu.
2. Select Messaging.
3. Select Exchange email.
4. Select Create new email.
5. At To, enter the e-mail address or
select Add.
6. If you selected Add, select one of
the following:
Company list: Enter your search
n
term and select Search. Scroll to
the desired contact and select Mark.
Select Done.
Recent log: Scroll to the desired contact
n
and select Mark. Select Done.
Contacts: Scroll to the desired contact
n
and select Mark. Select Done.
Group: Scroll to the desired group and
n
select Mark. Select Done.
7. Enter your subject and message.
8. Select Send.
