Voicemail
Set Up Your Voicemail
All unanswered calls are automatically
transferred to your voicemail, even if your phone
is in use or turned off. You should set up your
voicemail and personal greeting as soon as
your phone is activated:
• Press and hold
and follow the system
prompts to create your passcode and record
your name and greeting

Voicemail Passcode

Sprint strongly recommends setting a voicemail
passcode. Without a passcode, anyone who
has access to your phone can access your
messages and place outbound calls through
your wireless account.
Retrieve Your Voicemail
From your device:
• Using One Touch Message Access,
tap and hold
.
From any other phone:
1. Dial your wireless phone number.

2. When your voicemail answers, press
.
3. Enter your passcode.
Contacts
Save a Phone Number
1. Press
and tap
.
2. Enter a phone number using the
onscreeen keypad or Qwerty keyboard.
3. Tap Add to Contacts > Create contact.
(If prompted, tap Phone, Google, or
Corporate.)
4. Tap First name and Last name fields,
enter a name for the new entry and tap Next.
5. Tap Mobile to select a label (Mobile, Home,
Work, Work fax, Pager, Assistant, Other,
or Custom).
6. Tap Save to complete and save the entry.
Retrieve a Phone Number
1. Press
and tap Contacts
. Scroll
through the entries.
2. To display an entry, tap it.
3. To call the entry's default phone number,
press
.
