COMPONENTS DESCRIPTION
While BACKUP is applied, AVR outputs +5V.
Q21 and Q22 are inverted Darlington connection.
When an eccentric disc is detected, Q30 is turned on, and a preceding beam is made to
be delayed.
While spindle servo or disc loading/eject mode is selected, a base goes "Hi", and Q31 is
turned on.
