Disconnect the power and data cables from the hard drive.
NOTE: The power and data cables are connected to the PERC H310 card cable adapter. To
disconnect the power and data cables, remove the PERC H310 card cable adapter from the
hard drive.
5.
Pull the release pin, slide the hard-drive cage away from the chassis wall.
6.
Lift the hard-drive cage away from the chassis.

Installing A 3.5 Inch Hard-Drive Cage

NOTE: Your system supports two 3.5-inch hard-drive cages, HDD0 and HDD1. The HDD0 and
HDD1 cages cannot be used interchangeably.
