The JUNO-Gi's Audio Interface
When you want the DAW to record a live set you're playing on the JUNO-Gi,
and/or live audio, you can control what gets sent to the DAW. Here's how:
On the JUNO-Gi, press MENU to display the Top Menu window.
1
Select System, and then press ENTER.
2
Press 1 (GENERAL).
3
Press 6 to select the USB Audio to Computer value.
4
You can set it to
MIX—so the JUNO-Gi sends both its live-set sound and live
audio to the DAW.
INPUT—so the JUNO-Gi sends only live audio dry, without
effects.
INPUT FX—so the JUNO-Gi sends live audio along with any of the
JUNO-Gi's built-in BOSS input effects you're using.
Select the option you want, and then press EXIT.
5
When you're in MIDI Controller mode and the DAW is playing JUNO-Gi
tones and rhythms, only those tones and rhythms are sent to the DAW,
regardless of the USB Audio to Computer setting.
